Made on our in-house grilled dough with fresh ingredients based on the Kitchen’s inspiration.
Slowly roasted lamb shanks served with it’s sauce and marinated fennel.
Marinaded and hung over coals until perfectly cooked.
Smoked for 10 hours and served with a roasted tomato and red pepper salsa with a spicy wild rice crumble.

Marinated in a homemade spice mix and served with Pineapple three ways.
